COOK
At Hotel Dagmar, we are very particular about good ingredients and local specialities. Food must be prepared for both gourmet and resident guests, guests in Vægterkælderen as well as guests at the market square. We would like you to have a broad experience and be good in pressured situations. We can offer hourly employment (minimum 30 hours) until 31/12. There will of course be the possibility of extension. Salary is negotiated according to qualifications.
SERVANT
In the summer/autumn the house is full of guests. Both on the square and in our restaurants. In the restaurant the focus is on good ingredients, food and wine. Here we run an informal, high level with tasting menus. On the square and in Vægterkælderen is it more cozy and classic food. We do not expect experience, but the right people. We can offer hourly employment (minimum 30 hours) until 31/12. Then you are outgoing, easy to learn, fast and smiling - then you could be the right person. Salary and allowances according to collective agreement.
Dishwashers
Everyone in the house is important, but dishwashers are often the alpha and omega. You must be able to keep a cool head in stressful situations, be extremely efficient and have a good sense of order. Come fresh and become an important part of our house. We offer a good salary.
KITCHEN HELPER
We are looking for a hardworking, happy and smiling kitchen assistant for our restaurants. You will be responsible for preparing and producing delicious food for Vægterkælderen and Restaurant Dagmar. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that we deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Are smiling, open and ready to make an extra effort to create a good workplace. Are a team player who values collaboration and good communication. Have a passion for cooking and want to deliver unique experiences to our guests. We can offer hourly employment (minimum 30 hours) until 31/12. There will of course be the possibility of extension. Salary is negotiated according to qualifications.
Housekeeping
Imagine being able to work at Denmark's oldest hotel. We have rooms in the building as well as an annex with newer, renovated rooms. Would you like to help ensure that Hotel Dagmar is neat and clean when our guests arrive? Again, we are not looking for experience, but the right people. If you are outgoing, easy to learn, efficient and have a high attention to detail - then you could be the right person.
Breakfast waiters
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – or so some people say. Would you like to help give our guests a good start to the day? We serve a breakfast buffet, so it's busy. Guests should receive good service, and they should be greeted by a delicious buffet and nice rooms. We want you to be outgoing, smiling, efficient and able to handle stressful situations.
