Staff wanted for season 24
We are looking for Staff for Denmark's oldest hotel.
Hotel Dagmar i Ribe is from 1581 and thus Denmark's oldest hotel. We are located on the square in Ribe; one of the Nordics' oldest cities. Ribe and the Wadden Sea is full of history and lots of exciting natural experiences.
At Hotel Dagmar you become part of a young team. We are super busy in the high season, so it is important that you can keep a cool head in stressful situations.
Hotel Dagmar embraces over 3 serving venues: A gourmet restaurant, Vægterkælderen and the square, where our guests have a direct view Ribe Domkirke.
We have an informal atmosphere, we have fun and love to work. Our guests must have a holistic experience and service at a high level.
For the coming season, we are looking for the following positions:
Chef:
At Hotel Dagmar, we are very particular about good ingredients and local specialities. Food must be prepared for both gourmet and resident guests, guests in Vægterkælderen and guests on the square. We want you to have a wide range of experience and are good in stressful situations. We can offer part-time employment in May, and full-time from June to October. There will of course be the possibility of extension. Salary is negotiated according to qualifications.
Servers and replacements:
In the summer, the house is full of guests. Both on the square and in our restaurants. In the restaurant, the focus is on good ingredients, food and wine. Here we operate at an informal, high level typing menus. On the square and Vægterkælderen is it more comfort and classic food. We don't expect experience, but the right people.
Then you are outgoing, easy to learn, quick and smiling - then you could be the right one. Salary and allowances according to collective agreement.
Dishwashers:
Everyone in the house is important, but dishwashers are often the alpha and omega. You must be able to keep a cool head in stressful situations, be extremely efficient and have a good sense of order. Get fresh and become an important part of our house. We offer a good salary.
Housekeeping:
Imagine being able to work at Denmark's oldest hotel. We have rooms in the house, as well as an annex with more recently renovated rooms. Would you like to help ensure that Hotel Dagmar is neat and clean when our guests arrive? Again, we don't go for experience, but the right people. Then you are outgoing, easy to learn, efficient and have a high sense of detail - then you could be the right one.
Morning waiters:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or at least someone says it. Do you help to give our guests a good start to the day? We serve buffet breakfast so it is busy. The guests must have a good service and our guests must come to a delicious buffet and nice rooms. We want you to be outgoing, smiling, efficient and able to handle stressful situations.
