From November 1 - December 22, 2025 we will serve a delicious Christmas menu with 3 servings at Restaurant Vægterkælderen


1st serving

  • Curry and spiced herring with onions and capers
  • Eggs and shrimp with mayo and roe
  • Pan-fried plaice fillet with remoulade

2st serving

  •  Tartlets with chicken and asparagus
  • Warm rib roast with red cabbage and sauerkraut
  • Medister with white cabbage

3st serving

  • Rice a la mande with cherry sauce

Signature salmon with fresh cheese DKK 75,-
Confit Duck DKK 85,-


The menu can be enjoyed in the restaurant Vægterkælderen.

Pan-fried and steamed plaice fillet with shrimp, salmon, salad, red dressing, roe, lemon/cucumber springer and fresh herbs on toasted sourdough toast.

Spare ribs – DKK 175,-
500g spareribs with baked potato or fries, herb butter or aioli and salad.

Wagyu "Midnight" Burger – DKK 125,-
Two patties with red onion, cheese, pickles and bacon burger dressing in a brioche bun. Served with fries and aioli.

Calf cuvette – DKK 195,-
Long-cooked veal cuvette with vegetables, fries and red wine sauce.
