Welcome to our cozy restaurant with original interior from the year 1704.
Here you will experience a rustic room with decorated ceilings, paneled walls, earthenware plates, a clock that is over 400 years old and the approximately 700-year-old baptismal font.
On the menu you will find dishes from classic Danish cuisine.
In our cozy courtyard you can enjoy the surroundings in the summer, with a delicious lunch or a glass of local beer.
Parties at Weis Stue
Above the courtyard is “RIBESTUEN”, where we have space for parties of up to 50 people. A cozy living room decorated with golden age paintings from Ribe.
We do everything we can to make your event or party a success and we offer a wide range of options for you to put together your own menu.
About the house
Weis Stue is one of Denmark's oldest and most beautiful inns in Denmark's oldest city. Ribe.
The building is half-timbered and dates back to the year 1600. The inn's interior is still the original from the year 1704 with decorated ceilings, Dutch faience plates, paneled walls decorated with biblical motifs – a clock that is over 400 years old and the approximately 700-year-old baptismal font.
