Below you can see our party menu. Choose the starter, main course and dessert you like best.

The dish must be ordered for the entire company.

Special diets or allergens must be informed in advance so that we have the best possible chance of creating a suitable menu that meets various requirements.  

Price:
Regardless of the composition, the price of the 3-course menu will be DKK 425 per person.

It is possible to order a customized wine menu for DKK 225 per person.


Starters

All appetizers are served with baguette and butter.

HOT SMOKED SALMON SALAD on frisée lettuce with pickled red onions and roasted pine nuts

CHICKEN TERIN on salad with fresh apples, pickled mustard seeds and herb mayo

SHRIMP COCKTAIL with Greenland shrimp, salad, homemade red dressing, asparagus and tomato.

Main courses

PORK TENDERLOIN STEAKS, redcurrants, potato rösti, seasonal vegetables and cloud sauce

BEEF FILLET, glazed carrots, whiskey sauce and parsley potatoes

BAKED COD with fried Brussels sprouts, hollandaise and parsley potatoes

Desserts

LUNE PANCAKE with ice cream and strawberry jam

LEMON CHEESE with whipped cream, chopped nuts and chocolate sauce

GATEAU MARCEL with berry coulis and vanilla ice cream
